Exchange, Return and Refund

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return

General Conditions:

We want you to love your new footwear, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for an exchange or return is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• The original proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is provided
• The item(s) were not purchased on sale, as on-sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. Conditions for Refund:

The item(s) will only be refunded if there is any manufacturing fault. In such case, the product will be refunded within 14 days provided the purchase was made no more than 14 days ago.

3. Returning Goods:

You can choose to  are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
